Torture House has ventured into the sponsorship world. We have hooked up with a fan favorite who fights out of Lakewood Colorado. Chris “Kamikaze” Camozzi (15-5) is fighting in just 9 days in Nashville TN against Dustin Jacoby (6-1). Camozzi was on season 11 of the Ultimate Fighter. In his first fight he faced Victor O’Donnell in a three round war. Camozzi came out on top, but an broken jaw forced him out of the competition. Chris was brought back for the finale and he won his debut with the UFC.
Kamikaze then faced Yang Dongi. After a rough first round, Camozzi keep his opponent at bay to pull out a split decision win. After a tough go with Kyle Noke, Chris was released by the UFC. Camozzi was signed to fight Joey Villasenor in Shark Fights 15. After what was originally read a draw, but was subsequently overturned and counted as a split decision win for Chris.
The UFC brought Camozzi back and he faced of against Francis Carmont at UFC 137. After a back and forth battle Chris lost by a unanimous decision. Camozzi now faces the young striker Jacoby. With both fighters coming off loses this fight will be a barn burner.
